LOST PACKAGES: PLEASE FILE A CLAIM WITH UPS OR USPS AND WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS FROM THEM. WE WILL NOT REFUND THESE SHIPMENTS. 

We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. For these issues please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS.

LA SIRENA SHOP is NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or undelivered (SENT BACK TO SENDER) packages including "DELIVERED" packages.
